Every piece is made to order, making each one uniquely yours!

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) with orders over $25.00! 

  • Please be sure to select "free shipping" at Check Out if you qualify.
  • Please allow for 3-5 business days for your items to be processed and shipped out to you.

If you need EXPRESS shipping, we will happily do that too, but please note that extra charges will be applicable. 

  • Please select "express mail shipping" at Check Out.
  • Please allow for 1-3 business days for your items to be processed and shipped out to you.

For all Custom and Personalized orders, please allow for an extra 2-3 business days on the above stated time frames.  Thank you!

Our Guarantee

At SIMPLY GRATEFUL, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products and fully stand behind them. Every product is carefully examined before leaving our shop; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation for you.  

We would love for you to mail your postcards to loved ones, but if for some reason it is accidentally damaged in the mail; please email us immediately along with a snap-shot picture of the damaged product, and we will instruct you further on how to receive a replacement card to re-send to your intended receiver.

Please be advised that this product is made out of wood and is not child-proof.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt on items that are still in their original condition. You are responsible for the shipping fees in the process of your return. Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost items being returned to us without valid proof of delivery.  

Please log into your account and navigate to "COMPLETED ORDERS", please click on the "RETURN ITEMS" button and fill out the form. Please allow approximately 7 business days to process your return after it has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the return is in process.  Your original method of payment will be credited in the amount of your purchase (minus PayPal fees incurred if applicable) and usually takes up to 1 week for the refund to show up on your credit card statement. Please note credit/refund reflection is dependent upon your bank's cycle. 

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges up to 30 days of receipt on items that are still in their original condition. You are responsible for all shipping fees in the process of your exchange. Please consider tracking/delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost items being returned to us without valid proof of delivery.  

Please log into your account and navigate to "COMPLETED ORDERS", please click on the "RETURN ITEMS" button and fill out the form. You will be given a store credit with no expiration date. You will recieve an email when your store credit is active.

Your original method of payment will be credited/debited to reflect changes (if any) in the amount of your exchange and usually takes up to 1 week to show up on your credit card statement.

Please note credit/refund reflection is dependent upon your bank's cycle. 

*At SIMPLY GRATEFUL, we inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund, refuse full refund, or exchange based on the returned condition.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated in the terms or within the accepted time frame.
